Our company’s mission is to offer professional catering equipment with these characteristics on the Italian and international market. It’s a goal we have always pursued and we have seen uninterrupted growth as a result.

Today’s company was created out of the merger of two different brands representing specialised production lines: GAM for the design and manufacture of vegetable cutters and processors, and GAM & Company for the manufacture of ovens and mixers. We are convinced that coming together is the only way to maintain the high quality standards for which our equipment is renowned around the world.
